If ppl stop expecting Abhishek to do as well or be as popular as His parents and wife,then they'll see that he has done some good job as an actor.

if he has the desire to act then nobody can tell him to stop acting. If people dont like his films, dont go to his movies, that choice we have as an audience.

as for dr. Nene, if a wife accompanies her husband to every party then its fine but if a husband gives his wife company then he has to go bak to the US...thats how narrowminded we are ?

Yea people are not being fair to abshishek. He's not that bad. he's a decent actor. It's because his dad is such a great actor that people had extremely high expectations of him. But that's not fair. He wasn't born as talented and that's not his fault but he is not without talent either.

You can't compare him with someone like Sonam who can't act at all. Let's be fair guys.

I also think he would be more successful and accomplished as a car salesman but clearly he enjoys this line of work and people still cast him in films. So let him act.

I think this is the first topic where I am hearing people say positive stuff about Abhishek. I really feel he is better than a lot of star kids but he just like Akshay doesn't make the right choices in life career-wise. People just expect him to be "I don't know what" just because his parents were excellent actors. While with Ranbir, he is a very good actor but if his parents were as good or better then we wouldn't be hearing that much "tareef" for him either. That's just what I feel..

The problem with Abhishek always have been he ain't goodlooking and if he wasn't a Bachchan he won't survived for sure. Also he doesn't have the charm etc, at least I never saw it. Now with his weight he seems lazy he got so many years to loose the weight after Guru but he still looks unfit I guess It might be medical. Who knows? But he seems nice and has the personality so hope the best for him but I think being a lead actor is over. But you never know he has been lucky to survived so long. Even Jeetendra son is surviving. Saw Bol Bachchan he is a decent actor. But for a lead something is missing not star quality.

I always liked him.. he so fun and down to earth... in his intterviews and on twitter... he isn't a bad actor too. I think ppl like giving him a hard time because he is Amitabh's son and he got into the industry because of his dad. But if we can have an outsider like Katrina who is 10 times worse than Abhi... why not have a star son who is a decent actor. People sometimes are unfair to him.

Poor guy he isnt that bad of an actor - nobody deserves that kind of verbal abuse - not even star kids. I pity his daughter too - I hope she doesnt group to face the same kind of attitude and humiliation.

Phew! I thought people would bash him left right here!

He's def not as good looking as some of the other actors, but he's a great actors. If he makes more commercial choices now, I think it would be better for him.

I never even thought about his daughter. If people hate him so much, I can't even imagine what she will go through.
