And couldn't she think of a tv show other than pan am (i didnt like it at all :p) kher, the comparison was pretty flimsy .. Unlike western tv, (where most actors are probably happy in there sphere and transition between tv and movies isnt uncommon) there seems to be a huge divide between the tv and film actors in Mumbai .. Tv actors seem to be in awe of btown ones inspite of being equally (and often more) popular .. Just look at the tv award red carpets ... It isn't about good looks or talent .. Just something missing in their off screen persona .. X factor.. Those who have it will make a successful transition (if they want to)




Edit: who else was thinking "bridesmaids" when de was going on and on and on about how tv actors all over the world are shortchanged lol? Then there is Richard armitage and Martin Freeman in The Hobbit..Colon Firth, Hugh Jackman .. And perhaps alot of other names lol ..

All her movies r hit cz of the actors, n even in the chemistry dept. she has never lukd comfortable wid her co-stars, a slight awk can b seen... n plzzz Pee loon wasnt a hit cz of her, the credit goes to Pritam mostly... n also Emraan cz ppl look forward to listenin his songs... any oder actress in it, wuld still have made the song a hit

Prachi is not cut out for Bollywood...sooner or later she had to fall flat on her face...too bad it happened sooner than later...I don't know why these TV actors don't assess themselves before giving up everything they have for a C grade movie...Just because Shahrukh became the King of BW doesn't mean that everyone else would too...Shahrukh's charisma is unmatchable...

one more thing blue ice sharukh has x fector ...maano ya na mano , i remember his darr performence , that time koi bhi hero negative role ko haath lagaaney se darta tha but he did that role aur asa kiya ki log hero se jyada villain ki baat kar rhey they , vo kha gya tha sunny ko in that movie sunny was good very nice but shahrukh was mind blowing ...aaj bhi vo movi aati hai to log dekhtey hai beth ke ...im not his fan but truth is truth 😳 tv actor jo iss time hai unmai koi dhang ka nhi hai , bas body bana li 20 ,25 fan bhi ban jaatey hai teenage type girls hot hot karti rahti hai ,laar tapkati rahti hain , bas ho gya kaam , 2 ,4 expression se jyada ye log de nhi paatey vhi expression repet kartey rahtey hain ...asey logo ka khuch nhi hona

ksh if u see vidya ka work clearly then apko pata lagega vo apni har film mai diffrent hai bhul bhulleya , kahaani , ishkiya ...asa lagta hai vo vidya hai hi nhi ,yhi ek good actor ki pahchaan hoti hai ,ussey new movie mai dekh ke uska purana koi role yaad na ayye ,asa na lagey ki same hai
