I think Shammi Kapoor was loyal to Geeta Bali but then she's passed away from small pox and then he married again a few years later and never cheated--I think.

Abhi is so loyal and faithful to Aishu--I know they're going strong.

As for the rest...not sure. I used to think SRK-Gauri were the best couple in BW, but all the PC rumors have shattered my previous beliefs.

Not if the rumors of him batting for the other side are true. Shammi Kapoor was faithful to Geeta Bali but the marriage with his second wife was in name only.

Yeah, Shammi Kapoor was also faithful to Geeta Bali and then his second wife. Or at least I have never heard of any cheating rumors...Shashi and Shammi Kapoor are probably the 2 most dignified Kapoors.

Sunil Dutt! How did I forget him? He was devoted to Nargis.

Abhishek, Imran, and Emraan from the current lot I guess. No scandals yet.

I think you're right. I think he only got married so his young children could have a mother. He did truly love only Geeta.

BTW: Suraiya remained only loyal to Dev Anand despite the fact that Dev Anand did get married. But it's so bittersweet to think that a woman can love a man so truly that she rather be lonely all her life than marry someone she might not love as much as the first guy. It's makes me sad and melt all at the same time. Reminds me of Jane Austen a bit.
