Katrina, Kangana, Preity Dia look pretty pretty without make-up on :) especially Kat.

Kareena's fingers look scary :O

Preity ,Dia , Katrina ,Deepika only these actress looking nice sans make up where as rest actress are looking older than their real ages , look Kalki she is looking grandmother ...

I would say that only Bebo and Kalki are totally makeup free..Others have stepped out with light makeup ..like we all do.I have never stepped out bare faced..I dont know how some actresses travel without any gloss or kajal?

A bit off topic in the post and this picture ..Deepika's jaw looks really small and pointed..

Also I would like PC to use some bronzer like above to give a more healthy look than the flat matte look PC always has on..
