Fanaa withdrawn from Jamnagar cinema

Yash Raj Films has withdrawn the film Fanaa from Amber cinema in Jamnagar.
This comes a day after a youth from Rajkot attempted at self-immolation inside the theatre.
Amber cinema was the only theatre in the state screening the film.
The Aamir Khan-starrer was opposed in Gujarat even before it was released on May 26.
On Sunday, activists had disrupted a private screening of at the Surat Tennis club and damaged the premises where it was being shown. (With PTI inputs)
