Before this post gets shut down, I wanted to make a few observations.

1.I think this forum has become divided into camps and groups, and that hatred has overtaken people.

2. Not everyone defending Frida Pinto is doing it because she is Hollywood. Some people are in fact saying the same thing that people on this post are saying "how can an Indian be pulled down like this by other Indians?"

3. Not everyone who is cynical is American, not everyone who is a fan is Indian.

4. Some people on this forum are fans while some like being sarcastic. That's how things are in the world. But now both words have become accusations in this forum. They have become sides rather than opinions or ways of seeing things.

5. Using language to mock others is not done. So is using foul language. Can we please stop doing both.

6. Finally, no one should have monopoly on being Indian. There are avid Bollywwood fans who are not Indian, and Indians who hate Bollywood. Loving Bollywood does not make you more Indian, and hating it does not make you less Indian.
