So you called Avatar a good film? Also, you must not be aware about not seeing a single superhero in Avatar. Also, how in the world was Avatar such a critically acclaimed film? It's not like it took out any Academy awards. The film was crap in 1 word only the effects were praise worthy.
Bodyguard did bad in USA then how is that Indian audiences in India's fault? Also, Bodyguard did tremendously well in UAE, UK, Australia, New Zealand & Fiji even went on breaking records set by My Name Is Khan. If you also didn't do your research than to let you know the limited prints that was released in USA. There is even an article on it.
The case here was about Dabangg. It's the Indian audiences who clearly give verdict to the films. Indians would rather see Chulbul Pandey than G.One which barely connects with indian audiences. It's just a subjective matter. You're just criticizing the certain lot because you are just annoyed with the verdict of those films. Dude, get over it. There are many worse problems in world that needs attention

You missed the point entirely... I am NOT arguing that it didn't do well in India, ofcourse it will do well in India since it's a beehive which attracts trash. The point is, Bodyguard was a BAD film, actually scratch that.. it was a HORRENDOUS film by all standards, the same is the case with Dabangg, and no it didn't break records set by MNIK.

As far as subjectivism is concerned, you could argue anything with subjectivisim, you could argue that monkey crap is more valuable than gold, but that won't make it so.

Yeh there are more worse problems in the world, but this is a MOVIE forum, so I have no reason to talk about other wordly matter here.

Nitu, please don't be offended by what I say, I am not talking about people like you who have standards and expectations.. I am talking about the mindless zombies, who are also known as "mass audience", who have no standards or expectations, and will gobble down anything... it's just that there are a lot more of these mindless zombies in India.

Look you brought in the whole terms of box office. Secondly, Bodyguard has indeed collected more than MNIK in UAE, Australia, NZ & Fiji. You can search it up or suck it up.
Finally, you argue on something you clearly dislike. Which clearly isn't showing any point because by you criticizing on here won't suss your heavily stressed problems. You hate Salman Khan, that's fare. You comment then move on. Rather than trying to prove his fans wrong. But anyway. Subjective matter does apply here. Majority liked Dabangg. You didn't then that's your problem. Not ours. It wasn't made for someone expecting to see god in real life. Well, subjective matter - You dislike Dabangg. I liked Dabangg. It was an All time blockbuster. Don't see a point on dragging this convo. Peace

I have searched it up, that's why I know you're lying out of your arse. As for the rest of your drivel, you missed the point once again, and you're just repeating the same thing over and over again.

Yeah, thats where it all starts and ends. Salman Khan..
Unfortunately..he hasn't appealed me in the past few years, hence.. the movies don't work for me.

That's fine you dislike Salman Khan the way I dislike SRK.

We all have our choices. Let's just leave it there.

Surely. somehow it's always a SK disliker being a SRK liker, and vice versa 😆
