I've personally never had respect for any actress. Not that I'm making any accusations but I've seen enough and heard enough, sometimes from first hand sources, mostly from articles and scandals to make the judgement that most bollywood actresses are no better than Sunny Leone. I cant remember the person's name but he called all actresses and i quote "Glorified Prostitutes"

I agree with this too. One of my father's old friend is a Tollywood movie director and... he told my dad about the flip-side, UGLY side of all the glamour, fame and good-girl images. My dad did not tell me entirely about the things he was told.. because, it's too ugly! but he said, it's a common thing in film industries and is kinda an essential thing... and the actresses that dont do "favours", usually disappear after giving 2-3 movie appearances etc.. now not ALL actresses are like that, but the "glorfied prostitution" (sorry had to use some word to describe it!) is a flourishing industry within the film industry 😕 ...also, i've read in plenty of books about such stuff.

EDIT : OK, now.. i am not making any accusations or anything, but I believe what my father said and am just sharing it on here :) IDC about what actresses do for their career or with their lives. 😆

its not abt what india and the country ...i think people should have better sense while dressing up...no i am supporting anyone even if its sonam or someone else, if they have popped up something they should quickly hit the bathroom and fix it up instead exhibiting it shamefully...

and why only women, i think men are ashamed too, i go to jog everyday in my park near to house, and i saw many young guys taking jogs as well, but what should i call..their mentality or something else, they chose to pull off their shorts and walk in jockeys and presumbily exposing their B****s they don't even realize what they are doing. that's why i chose to go very less to that park. what my mind says is that people should expose whatever they want to in their homes...not in public...leave the dressing thing...

OK, here's the deal. There IS such a thing as good taste and NO, this dress of Sunny's is NOT in good taste, either from a social or aesthetic standpoint.

It's just a cheap looking (dunno if it cost a lot but it LOOKS cheap) thing that looks like something out of Fredericks of Hollywood. The kind of thing marketed to the stripper and/or drag artist community.

While fine in that particular context it's not suitable for an entertainer in a field that doesn't depend (or is touted as not depending) on flagrant display of T&A.

There's a time for T&A and a time to tone it down.

Bathing suits per se are not bad, but wear one to grandma's cremation and that's just all kinds of wrong.

There actually is an unspoken social contract or code of good behavior that teaches most of us that outside the bedroom or the sphere of po*nography blatant outlining of ones secondary or hell, for that matter, primary, sexual characteristics is not done.

Unless this party was for a po*n show or demanded some sort of outre fashion statement a la Lady Gaga the breast show was a bit much.

There are things on the market that one can wear to keep errant nipples from coming so aggressively to the public eye.

If we want to see po*n it can easily be found. Got a computer? There's some tits for you.

For that reason if for none other, in common public appearances why not make yourself inoffensive? Sell yourself instead of your ya-ya for a change.

It's not as if she doesn't get all the chance in the world to sell sex. Maybe she should try to broaden her appeal. That can't hurt.

^great...i guess angel like devil and guess_Who have got their answers...its not in the dressing but the way of presenting...and i would like to ask angellikedevil which woman in india represent like this...just becoz u guys can't justify her act you chose to call indian actresses prostitutes...fine u have all ur reason, but the woman u guys want to defend...doesn't want to get defensive at all...😆
