JDG1 and JDG 2 ware good in terms of dancing , But deserving people never won ,

Season 1 Shweta salve deserved it , But Mona won

season 2 Sandhya mridul deserves it Prachi won

season 3 Gauhar deserved it

season 4 Sushant deserved it

I have no hope , though this time the show is on different channel

Both Mona and Chang won it as they were Sony's stars. Prachi won as she was in Ekta maiyya's good books and Sony wanted to woo Ekta maiyya back after her breakup with them over Sandip Sicand being given a job with them. Who won season 3 btw? Bhaichung Bhutia?

Mhmm..Baichung won season 3. Now he has no connection to Sony or the judges 😆

In the year season 2 ran Sony was desperate to please Ekta. So they got Jeetendra as the judge. All her favorites also participated in the show. Prachi's winning was the most blatant rigging I ever saw in any show. Prachi wanted to participate in JDJ to get rid of her bahu image before her Bolly debut. But JDJ was clashing with RockOn schedules. So Prachi was to leave JDJ mid-way according to plan. And she was eliminated mid-way. But suddenly the RockOn shoot got postponed and Prachi now wanted to win JDJ so Sony conducted a sham wildcard round with Prachi and I think Sudha Chandran and got her back in and made her the winner.

Bhaichung apparently used to get lots of votes. Its believeable as participants from North East usually have lot of support from their region. I think it also the fact that no Sony favorite participated that year helped.

Prachi had already left KS by the time JDJ came around? I remember reading something like Prachi was given time off of KS shooting to rehearse for JDJ and Jay (the other Balaji finalist) didn't get any such time off. 😕 But yeah, that season was totally rigged.

Season 3 had no Sony loyalists so I guess Sony didn't rig it that much..Baichung's victory is believable..he definitely got votes. He was pretty popular and he improved also. Sony wasn't going to make KSG win after all the drama..and Gauhar certainly didn't get that many votes. Hard Kaur should have won that season. Actually if I think about it, even if it was unfair and rigged, I can buy Mona Singh, Prachi Desai, Baichung all winning. Chnag threw me off though..

No she hadnt left KS when she was doing JDJ. She was managing both as she was given time off as you mentioned. Sudha Chandran, Jay and Ronit who were the Balaji loyalists didnt get any such concessions. She left KS a little after JDJ got over once the shoot for RockOn started. Since RockOn was Ekta's cousin's film and financed by her too it worked out well.
What KSG drama? The khullam-khulla pyaar? Anyways it maybe shocking for some but SO actors are more popular on the internet than among the major TV viewing audience.
Coming to season 4...I expected Chang, Krishna or Daya to win. Since the later two got eliminated early I was sure Chang would win. Sushant was too much of a Zee guy for Sony to give away the crown to him. Coming to this season I guess one of the two Anandis will win. Choti Anandi most likely.

No not the khullam-khulla pyaar. That toh came out much more after the show got over..the judges hated KSG and thought he didn't deserve to be there and it was unfair that he kept getting votes because he was popular. Sony wasn't going to make him win after the judges had thrown such a big fit about KSG being in the competition.

Yeah, its likely Avika will win this season. The finalists might be Avika, GC, and Isha..

Oh Ok...I knew he was a bad dancer but didnt know the judges drama. I used to find Gauhar Khan a huge dramebaaz and thought she used to think too much of herself. But she did prove her mettle as a dancer later on.
