Of course he was never a saint and much of it started when he wanted to dump Gauri for Juhi Chawla but why the hell should that make Gauri accept this?
Gauri had a baby to hold him then. Can she do that now? Isn't there much more at stake from a career standpoint---from years of living together and having cobbled together a life, be it ever so weird and disgusting to the rest of us.
I don't care if he was a saint or not. PC isn't a saint either. Nor is any damned one of us. SO? So? And I seriously doubt that PC said Go to hell and walked out. I think she cried and poured herself a stiff one.
PC is a very romantic minded girl---I know the type---hell I AM the type so I can see it a mile off.
She just has the fortunate ability to be romantic where it is most...er...beneficial shall we say?
And no that doesn't mean she loves less only that it takes stardust to make her fall in love and SRK is pretty much (or WAS pretty much) solid stardust.
Still Gauri has more claim to him and more right to be outraged than she has and LOOK, I'd say the same thing if I were the one blowing that raisin. Gauri has been through hell and back and she has two kids who depend on at least the public semblance of a family.
We may not feel the same way. I know I don't but then I'm not Gauri and I'm sure as hell not from her background.
What matters is that she and her family have more at stake than PC.
PC can go and marry someone on the rebound---go to LA---open up a f**king cat sanctuary, I don't give a rats ass but Gauri's life is and has been as a wife and mother.
She's managed to keep SRK in line by letting him have his men because men aren't a real danger to her. PC, as a marriageable female who can (possibly depending on how the abortions panned out) have a child and throw a monkey wrench into the whole damned kettle of fish.
Do admit, SRK and KJo can get it on forever and KJo won't (most likely) get pregnant.
PC is a big girl and she played a big girls game. Why should she be spared. SRK is a big boy and he's getting his, don't for one moment think he's getting away scott free because he isn't. Just look at how people on this site feel about him. Everyone sees through his BS now.
I just don't hold with the St. Priyanka, put upon martyr BS. That girl is NOT a martyr. She did what she wanted and got what she wanted regardless of what happened to anyone around her.
Not saying I wouldn't do the same damned thing if I had a chance to taste the raisin. But at LEAST I'd be a big girl---a god damned WOMAN---and know that I might end up really screwing myself. That's the way it goes when you play these kinds of games. Love PC all you want she's still a human being and must deal with consequences like all the rest of us.
