Madhavi hails from the beautiful hill station of Dehradhun, in Uttarakhand. She came to Mumbai to become an actress, and doesn't mind getting bold for the screen.
Last year, she played a double role in her debut film Tum Hi to Ho, co-starring Jackie Shroff and Dolly Bindra.
