This song sounds more Western than desi, which isn't what I was expecting for a mujra. The song's pretty decent though...just stop thinking of it as a mujra and it'll sound alright hehe

Another reason why this song seems off is because Bebo isn't as natural as a dancer as other actresses are. I stopped paying attention to Bebo myself when that blue chick joined her since the girl seemed to dance more smoothly😆 What's her name? She looks beautiful

I'm also curious to see what that girl's role might be.
Ahhh, this film cannot come fast enough!

Ok this is RIDICULOUS!

I want all the people who are bringing in Umraao Jaan, Madhur adn Aishwarya to go type in PAKISTANI MUJRA on youtube.
Then tell me what you find. If you can find Madhuri or Aishwarya's nazaakat, or Umraao Jaan style, please let me know.
Agent Vinod takes place in TODAY'S TIME. Who said this is from the past?
I dont know if you gu ys cant see it, or just dont wanan see it, that there's a pretty obvious storyline, where the two women are "entertaining", using their sexuality and dance, Gulshan Grover, whlie Saif is undercover watching.
FYI, Kareena's not a mujra waali in the film. So she's just playing one IN THIS song.
THe song takes place in Karachi, and this is a spy thriller, not a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film that focuses on the gloss.
This si Sriram Ragahvan, the man who likes to keep it all REAL & GRITTY.
If you cant find the pakistani mujra videos on youtube, let me know. I can assist.

Desu, I give you a big virtual kiss for saying this. I've been saying this--but much more subtly and in one or two lines--ever since the first pics emerged from the mujra shoot.

What is considered "mujra" today...in Karachi...

Anybody else feel the second dancer is dressed more sexily that Kareena? Surprised that Kareena let that happen! 😆

I trust Sriram Ragavan, so I will give the movie a chance...the song is so - so and I am disappointed at Kareena's dancing in this song. She is a good dancer otherwise but here it looks like she barely made any effort at all...kinda like she did this without any or with very little practice.

I know, but peopel will understand it more in the context of the film.
And again, I'll say people are not really understanding what a modern day mujra in Pakistan is.
So here' this high class social gathering and these people have hired two "mujraa waalis". Surely, its not for the trained dance moves.
Modern day mujras are all about one thing. Not class, not trained dance moves, BUT to entertain, tantalize.
Pretty obvoius by the move the girl in blue does that makes Gulshan smile.

@likarsh murja in Pakistan .. Physically most of them look like kareena a lil on the tubby side but they don't dance the way she danced .. They are dirty and pull dirty faces they even lift up there garments some of them .. Murja Paki is aimed for the reallly low scum who get off seeing a girl flash her breasts at him and 100 other dirty men :)

This is Bollywood dance kareena I-style

And my opinion is the opposite.
Kareena is normally NOT a good dancer. She does very very BASIC & easy moves.
This is the FIRST time Kareena's put in this much effort to a song and dance routine.
Otherwise, you can dig up any Kareena song, and notice, the moves are SUPER easy.
This is the first time that Kareena's actually really danced in a song, with actual intricate moves.

Yep I did😆

Desu, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I know purely nothing about the differences between what's modern or traditional like most people here...so everyone is basing their knowledge on what they do know: other Bollywood songs with competing actresses. It takes a while, but the song does grow on you...and obviously Bebo's also trying to help Saif with that super cool agent stuff which is different from the other songs as well😆
