Shahrukh Khan is unwell

Shahrukh Khan is extremely unwell, thanks to the bad weather and over exertion while practicing and rehearsing for Filmfare Awards.

Shahrukh Khan is down with severe cold and flu. Talking about his bad health, Shahrukh Khan wrote on the micro blogging site Twitter, "Damn cold and fever winning the battle, slowly taking over my robust pathan constitution. Cigarette tasting bad in mouth now...this is serious (sic)."

Shahrukh does not stop there. He goes on to add, "Explaining life to kids is tough enuff...explaining death extremely painful. Son and I being grown up. And I'm falling sick...throat hurting (sic)."

Well, let's hope the superstar recovers soon and is back in action. What fans expect from Shahrukh Khan is just this – A Power Packed Performance!

Guess all it took was a common cold/flu to give srk a reality chk. u will get better shahrukh .. Fluids rest.. Give it 3-5 days! U won't die! Ha

SRK, Priyanka brave sickness to put up a fab show!

Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra have a lot in common.

And we aren't talking about their so called 'fondness' for each other, nor are we talking about their growing proximity. We are rather talking about them falling sick together.

Yes, you heard it right! Both SRK and Priyanka might have put up a brave and fabulous show at the Filmfare Awards held on Sunday night in Mumbai (now, that's another 'common'), but both the actors were quite unwell before the show.

While Priyanka hurt herself at the rehearsals for the Filmfare Awards, SRK had been down with cold and fever.

Talking about how she bruised herself, Priyanka posted, "Very out of sorts...Bruised from falling during rehearsals. Too much damage...god this act better be good..."

Meanwhile, SRK's post read, "Damn cold & fever winning the battle, slowly taking over my robust pathan constitution. Cigarette tasting bad in mouth now...this is serious!

Priyanka had been busy shooting for an ad for Bru, shooting for 'Barfee', promoting 'Agneepath' and then stage rehearsals for the Filmfare. Perhaps, that's what took a toll on her.

Meanwhile, SRK too had been rehearsing hard for the awards night, post which said, "Great fun doing filmfare..always is...now to go & sleep with my beautiful babies cos when u finally come knocking, u need innocence at home!"
