Surely people do other things in vanity vans besides---ahem---the deed. Who knows, maybe they were discussing the upcoming film---maybe he was begging Kat not to wear heels of ANY sort in their stage shows---maybe she was begging HIM to ask them to choose someone else for the YRF film.

She could even have been remonstrating with him about the endless smoking when she was going to have to get so near him.

The point is that there are a million reasons they would have rather sat and spoken casually in a degree of privacy rather than in the public eye.

They may have talked but that's about all that happened (if you discount the eye rolling and sighing)

Looking at how bored she looked standing next to him, he very well could be singing tujhe dekha to yeh jaana sanam and it may be sounding like a lullaby to her and she must have taken a one hr nap in his fancy van... 😆
