I agree. Not a big AB or AB jr fan but if AB wants to tweet positive reviews about his sons latest performance then let him.

oh plzz...how many times ...he has always a problem if its raavan, game, delhi 6 or others...the fact is he should realize tht his son is a waste and not doing anything substantial...if u do good work then obviously ppl appreciate...where was he when guru became a hit...lolz...BIG B needs to grow up...AGAIN😆

If Amitabh can go about criticising Slum Dog Millionaire he should shut his trap and accept criticism.

And seriously speaking on behalf of your son who is 35 and now a father, is as seriously undermining as it can get.

You have led your life, now let him lead his. Whether its successful or a failure, atleast a person should have the pride of doing things their own way.

I think it's a 2-way street. Critics criticize and father's defend. It's all good till a certain point.

However, reality is also important. Big B needs to watch the WHOLE film as an unbias ACTOR and not father too. Players was not some Italian Job in terms of performances or story and definitely a Mission Impossible in terms of stunts or special effects.

Honestly, Abhi does a stellar job of dealing with bashers. In a recent interview he spoke of how criticisms and bashing tones down the ego and gives actors a reality check and hes all for it. Even his responses on tweeter are so graceful. He's doing a fine job and Big B should let him carry his own and deal with the criticisms. All these Bollywood fathers being over-protective of their off-springs.

I don't see Tom Hanks jumping to Colin's rescue when his films flops-let them make their own flops and let them learn and this goes out to the Bachchans and the Kapoors.

It's nice if Abhishek posted this...instead of Amit ji, for god sake he is an adult and a proffesional, let him deal..

But the point is true, BW film industry grew in a large scale, where lot of people started to get minor jobs . Sad state is now BW is full with young unproffesional reveiwers, media guys who have no respect for the industry nor harwork nor self respect. They will do any thing to gain some money, promotions, TRP for his/her channel, these guys twited statements of people, spread negativity and prevent from publshing corrections later.

just see how many reviewers we get for a movie these days..Every blogger became a reviewer, with the amount of internet sources, it spreads as a wild fire. It can harm a product.

Other than that, 90% of so called critics these days are so annoying. I can't remember a film where they like from ages? any one..They are bound to find faults in every other masala film and people only enjoy masala in a large extent.

Sadly if u have good English skills, good humor to ridicule others and have an ability to find a fault in every scene, you can be a critic in BW. In this sense, this bunch can even find faults in films like GOD FATHER. Are these people can ever produce a film? Such bunch of HW worshipers and art film lovers should not review masala BW films.

Amit JI certainly have a point, but let Abhi handle this with critics, its his film.
