Pragya, I dont think you know, but Lensa and I have not even been on talking terms for the last coupe of months, lol. We had a fallout a while back and I'm hoping things are better now.

So what support system are you talking about?

I genuinely find some of the criticism towards Kareena a bit silly and exaggerated.

Yes she has an ego and yes she says the stupidest things sometimes. But I fail to see what was so stupid in this statement.

And if you call this a support system, what about everyone teaming up against Lensa in the other thread? Wasnt that a support system?

I call it like it is. If I feel a certain way, I'll say it. No need to constantly lump fans together for nor eason, but ask Lensa, I clearly have not always supported her.

Fair enough.

Have you even considered for a minute why Kareena is getting so much criticism?

Everytime I log into IF there are zillion topics about Kareena posted by her fan. Her PR is making sure that every story that comes out of Bollywood is manipulated and spun somehow as a positive story for Kareena.

Too much PR kills stars, I used to dislike PC for the same reason. However she has been smart and understood that over promotion nearly killed her career and has cut back on her PR.

Once again my point is if she is happy to spin everything around to make her look great, and her fans are happy to lap it up, she and her fans should be ready to get the brick bats.

And unfortunately Im now anti-kareena and will continue to be so until she bucks up does a good movie or zips her mouth.

Her fans arent happy Pragya. Coz none of this is what we wanna hear.

And yes her PR is overactive, BUT

Articles like these are normally not hte work of PR, but just hte media taking statements from a press conference and building useless articles about it. The press takes statements out of context and publishes them making it seem like the star proclaimed it rather htna answering a question that was asked.

@pragya...i understand the frustration behind the overdose of kareena but therz nothing much fans can do abt it..we are not her PR...we are not the ones releasing these articles on the internet...heck, most of the times, we are not the ones posting them either...desu is the only one who posts kareena articles on a regular basis along with morsal_cute who is repetitve anywayz...so its not really our fault if we are being subjected to kareena overdose...

most of the stars who are doing well/have lots of films coming up always face this phase...back in 2008 when PC was doing well and had 7 films lined up for a year, even she had the excessive PR articles...same with salman in the last 2 years...therz nothing fans can do abt it...its a phase everyone goes through...

I tried making a topic a while ago to post all kareena's articles in it to rid the forum of the overdose, but ppl even put a negative spin to tht saying it was a fanclub...so whtever we do will be seen in a negative light anywayz...

therz not much anyone can do abt the excessive articles other than ignore...
