Though telly actor Anuj Saxena's pre- awards bash (his family business Elder Pharma is sponsoring the Filmfare awards) was primarily for Bollywood folk, we spotted familiar faces from the small screen as well.

Cezanne Khan (with his brother Sohail), Narayani Shastri (looking whitewashed; what fairness cream?), Satish Shah, Mohnish Behl with wife Ekta, Mona Wasu with photographer beau Jeetu Savlani.

The Bollywood brigade included the who's who from Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Madhur Bhandarkar to Nagesh Kukunoor, Pradeep Sarkar, Raj Kanwar, Abbas Mustan, Shreyas Talpade, Jackie Shroff, Bappi Lahiri, Alka Yagnik, Shravan and Vashu Bhagnani among others.

Though Juhi Parmar was also invited, she preferred to stay away. Anuj and Narayani hotted up the dance floor.

We assume it was wise of Ms Parmar to skip the party.
