No, the statue doesnt do her justice, but I'm pleasantly surprised by even this much similarity coz Kareena's got very unconventional features. For someone liek Aish, who has perfect features, its easy to capture that face and still have the statue look pretty. In Kareena's case, her charm goes beyond those somewhat unconventional features. Its in teh eyes and smile, so still, kudos ot Madame Tussauds for getting her looks right!
