You living the life.. 😎.. enjoy it while you can.. i tell that to all my friends who want jobs right out of college..take it slow and relax.. dont end up like me.. juggling between work and school.. i had no time off at all, not even a week in between graduation and work.. so, i wouldn't mind being you..😆😆 better than 16 hour work days.. thank God its only for a few days..

Poppy - How have you been? 😃 Oh yes, these arent those typical songs that just click instantly. Each song has such meaningful lyrics by Irshad Kamil but you cant understand them without checking out the translation. The picturization the locations, the lyrics, the beats, the rythms and everything else is so beautiful. Take Nadaan Parindey for instance. It has such powerful lyrics and beats and rythms.

oh dont get me started over how much I love the music...it is so serene and they all have such beautiful tunes and lyrics...gosh I love Mohit chauhan even more now...and I liked "Tum ho" the most ATT and also "Tum Ko" is the female version sung beautifully by Kavita Krishnamurthy...AR rehman is back!!

Tum Ho is beautiful! That is my fav from the album! Haunting, melancholic and classic Rahman!

The songs, what I mean to say, are not the kinds which catch your attention instantly! Which is sort of important for a film that is based on music!

Like for example the sufi song in the album is a notch below the brilliant Haji Ali or Khawaja Mere Khawaja...(though I love the picturization on Ranbir against the backdrop of the Dargah!)

I think, the album warrants repeated hearing to be fully appreciated!

PS : Will listen to Nadaan Parindey...I have it on my Ipod, but haven't heart it yet!

Hehe Poppy, yup I know what you mean. I might be biased because I am currently a sucker for judaai-themed music 😆 btw, there is this verse in Nadaan Parindey that comes towards the end and its in some other language (Kashmiri I'm guessing) but it's just so beautiful 😳. It talks about a lost and dying soul who is yearning to see his loved one 💔
