Ok guess this one :

a girl and a boy are friends, boy loves her secretly but not able to tell her. In the meantime girl falls in love with another guy at her college, her family does not like the other guy at all...girl gets preggo 😲 and leaves her family, the boy also does not support her

the other boy who was her friend before and loved her sticks with her!

finally she realises what is true love and accepts her friend in her life 👏
