even i didnt think it was rude at all...

it happens a lot of times tht some people get overfriendly and tend to think ur their best bud or something...so kareena just straightly clarified it saying tht she wasnt friends with priyanka...

i guess she pri learnt her lesson there, so she never mentions anyone else as a "friend" in the industry and keeps saying its too special a word to abuse by using it on everyone, in her interviews...

i have no idea abt the kat pc equation though...PC ranks katrina #1 in terms of acting ability/talent on kwk...kareena ranks PC #1...and katrina didnt rank anyone coz she wasnt there...

what messed up gosspi! 😆

^^PC was referring to her as a friend because they constantly hung out and went out for dinners, but the poor thing ended up looking like a loser, and that only happened because she gained more success then Kareena at the time

i happen to disagree...if someone hangs out or goes out for dinner with someone, tht dosent make them a friend...friends are people who have seen u at ur worst times, through thick and thin and who have been with u when u need them the most...its way deeper than "lets hang out and party"...u can do all that with acquaintances and clients/proffesional partners too...friendship is way more personal a thing...

if someone gets too touchy feely and starts considering "hang outs" as friendships, then the joke is on them...

^^yeh she said shed rather be acquaintanceship with her,because they were never really close with each other anyway...she considers rani a friend, karan a friend because they had a more personal connection/relationship with her where they have seen her through thick n thin...

with priyanka, they just went out on a couple of dinners...and tht too when they were working on aitraaz, which all costars hang out anyway...dosent have to mean they are friends...and tht certainly dosent have to make kareena some kinda bitch who ditched poor bechari abla naari priyanka...

^^well that is what you think, I know that Pri and Kareena were friends, as Kareena clearly said 'that the friendship has not maintained' rght after Priyanka's success, Pri and Kareena were spotted with their respective partners at various restauraunts having a great time, Kareena and Rani hardly met up intimately, anyway I am getting out of here, I do not want to go back and forth on this

^^fine by me...but thts conjecture...not a fact...so i dunt get how the "i know" comes into place in ur case, whereas in my case,it becomes a mere opinion...its speculation in both cases...people THOUGHT they were friends because they went out to dinners...

and like i said, i can go out to dinners with my proffessional partners and clients too...tht dosent make them my best buds..it happens many a time tht actors shooting together have dinners together...tht dosent mean they have anything personal going on...

And kareena herself mentioned tht rani was there with her through MDK where she was facing a tough time, and the two speak very highly of each other and share a personal equation too...

and how does anybody even know if they meet up intimately or not?...

its pure conjecture...nothing else.

well reasons for kareena to hate/dislike PC:
1. Shahid was dating her back then

and i dont think she likes Deepika either...in the last season of KWK when she came with Saif, she mentioned thrice or more about her Saif kissing scenes in LAK...and she surely didnt like it at all and hated the fact that they looked so good together onscreen 😆, Saif almost shut her up by reminding her kisses with Akshay in Kambakth ishq which were totally eeewww🤢

I dont think Kareena actually likes any of her contemporaries...😕

^^^^look I will believe that they were friends, Priyanka was not an idiot to believe it so, and Karan is no an idiot to ask Kareena about it, if he knew that they were just acquaintances, he knew that there is a problem and therefore he asked! and that is exactly why he praised Priyanka by saying 'u go girl'

Agree...

I think what the reason is ... Before 2006/2007 PC and Kareena were not in the big league... Rani and Preity were the sought after and the preferred stars... Around 2006/2007 was when things started going down hill for Rani and Preity... And that was the time PC peaked in 2006 with 2 hits and the Kareena too joined the big league in 2007 after JWM...

After that there was no looking back for these two... PC had her Fashion/Kamineys which kept her on top bcoz of the critical acclaims/ National award and Kareena had her huge hits year after years which kept her on top ...

So they ended up being competitors and then of course later on the Shahid factor too was a common link between these two... More reasons for anomosity... 😉

But have to say this... Their cat fights and snarkiness towards each other all these years has been entertaining... 😆
