I love watching movies that way. But sometimes it gets annoying if its completely unnecessary. Other than that, its a complete blast. From the recent movies, when i watched Singham i had the BEST timeee! <3 And your are right..sometimes the experience of watching the movie is better than the movie itself!. That's definitely the case sometimes.

well it's used to cover the gear stick when in use ;)

picture the scenario, it's the release of Robot, you get to the box office, "Hi, a ticket for Robot please, and throw in a couple of socks would ya"

and then you're inside the theatre, you're watching trailers, and a Coke advert comes on, "It's almost time for the main presentation, but you can still get your socks" 😆

lol..u guys do know that that rajnikanth endhiran video was not from an indian theatre right?? It was from a movie theatre in Livonia MI USA...

NRIs behave that way too for a rajnikanth film...believe me, ive seen robot in australia in my university with people who are like educated lawyers, doctors, businessme, uni professors etc..

but they still go mad when rajnikanth comes onscreen...i think they do it on purpose, coz they know the movie would be soo much more fun if they watch it that way...same with dabangg...such masala movies are MEANT to be watched that way...

its not like they take it seriously...heck even i screamed when ajay made his entry in singham...😆...its fun to join the crowd and be part of the whole experience...

paagalpanti bhi acchi hai..

The whole experience of watching such mass entertainers can only be enjoyed with a live and reacting audience. I cannot watch films like Golmaal, Dabangg, Ready, and such at home, cuz I won't finish them then. But if I am watching it in a theater with folks that will react, it just makes it exciting. It's thrilling...can't explain it. But I wanna experience the craze watching a film in India; it will be euphoric.

Awww, yeah, I did experience that a long time back when I used to live in India. Not anymore though. The crowd goes crazy here too but nothing beats home!

Truly the Indian audience in India can make you enjoy any movie. I miss it. :(

ive never watched a bollywood movies at the cinemas. Never. They don't really run here. Only the odd one or two. I remember when Krishh was showing a couple of years back... 😆😆 it was advertised in the local newspaper.
i would love to experience the thrill of watching an entertaining hindi flick, in a jampacked theatre. unfortunately that seems unlikely, at the most there's about 4 who turn up to watch one. :(
