Shahid unfortunately doesn't even have Priyanka anymore to discuss, but if Sonam mentions Ranbir (in the way she did), she generates publicity, more attention. Ppl are more aware of her...I seriously wouldn't be attentive to her if she had given out a boring interview. It's at least my theory. Hence, the more you manage to capture attention of ppl, you add that much more publicity and excitement to the film. At the end of the day, many just go to films for stars.
