It has.

Problem with Agent Vinod...the lead stars ARE the producers in a way. So they have been adjusting the shooting scedule for THIS film to accomodate other films.

That's one reason.

The main reason though...the pre-production took forever.

This is the first time that an amateur producer like saif is dealing with this genre and a film this grand. He mentioned how this film is so much more difficult than producing Love Aaj Kal coz of the grand scale, action, etc.

Also, all the shooting locations are various places around the world. Moroccow, London, Delhi, and now I hear they wanna shoot the climax in Pakistan.

Sriram has been very patient with this project. I hope it pays off for his sake.

I've only read 2... one was extremely happy bout the movie, the other not so much

I just have a bad feeling about Aarakshan. The promos were a disappointment for me, and I'm afraid the film is following the same track.
