| | | | Udita Goswami and Dino Morea in Aksar | Dino Morea and Udita Goswami are animal lovers in search of ideal mates for their four-legged babies — and both own Dalmatians.
So Udita decided to mate her year-old Dorinne with Dino's three-year old, Patch. The big date is yet to be decided on, but the venue has been chosen as "her place". Animal song
Says Dino, who also keeps squirrels and parrots at home, "It's quite embarrassing and yet very funny to talk about it. I got to know Udita very well during the shoot of Aksar, which will release on January 26.
| | | Dino Morea with his pet Dalmation, Patch, at his Bandra home | She is a great performer and a fantastic actor. During one of our shoots, we got chatting about our love for animals, after which she messaged me 'My Dorinne is horny, can you please bring Patch over?'" laughs Dino.
"We will have to book the Presidential suite, I guess," says Dino jokingly, then adds, "We are just waiting to fix a date. I guess it will be at Udita's home." And what will they do with the puppies? "We will share the puppies… we really haven't decided yet." Udita's Raaz out
In Aksar, Udita and Dino are a married couple. She plays a psychotic, high-strung woman and he, a "smooth villain". Is mating dogs, a way of getting to know each other better? "You have to be joking; Udita's seeing someone who is a very good friend of mine — Mohit (Suri). I like him a lot. I got to know him when he was assisting in Raaz."
When we asked Udita about the "mating" date, she said, "I am very fond of dogs, and have four at home. Now I have a new Pekinese too. One day, we were discussing our dogs, and we thought — why not? I saw a picture of Dino's dog and wanted them to mate. Though my dog is 100 times better than Dino's!" she adds. Dating Mohit
When quizzed about Mohit being back in her life (they had broken up after Zeher released) Udita says, "It's a personal matter and I can't comment on it. Yes, I too heard rumours of us breaking off.
When we read them, we laughed them off. It's not true. I recently attended the success party of Kalyug, which wasn't even my film. Do you think I would have attended that party if was not on good terms with him, or the Bhatts? |
| Dino's change of image
Dino has decided to go in for a change in 2006. "I play a Casanova in Dharmesh's next and I'm thrilled to be playing myself. No one knows who the real Dino Morea is – well, he is a Casanova with a great sense of humour! I think it's fantastic and healthy to be a Casanova. That's my secret."
Adds co-star Udita, "Dino is too funny! He has this sense of humour, which nobody knows about. His favorite pastime is not to let me do my interviews. When I start, he makes funny faces behind my back and makes me laugh."
