Only new members who havnt post anything or try advertising gets the ban straight away. This member's WL could be raised.. but Gms will not ban him unless they get solid evidence against him.

The person must be scared now after being exposed, i dont think he will show up here !!😆

And even when he does get banned, he will for sure come back with another ID, Just keep banning him until he gets tired!! 😆
