1. Today, most stunts are about cable and harness work but let me tell that it is very difficult and strenuous to do. Your core has to be very strong so that the harness can support. You have to work hard to strengthen your core and you need a lot of patience and stamina to do such stunts.
2. Never try the stunts you see on television or in movies at home. There are several rehearsals and intense security measures taken before we do these stunts. These stunts are only for viewing and enjoyment. Do not try to recreate them.
3. I have got plenty of action movie offers in the past but I am doing my first action film after five years and it is called Rowdy Rathore. I think lending my voice to Optimus Prime in Tranformers 3 is a great comeback. Optimus Prime is the ultime superhero.
4. I avoided action films in the past because my son was growing up and I didn't want him to try and recreate my stunts and action sequences at home. Now he is nine and can take care of himself so I can go back to doing my beloved action films. Before I became a hero, I was a stuntman and a chef. Action films have made me what I am.
5. One needs to be mentally physically, and emotionally strong and fit to do action sequences. Always do scenes under supervision and understand the physics and technicalities involved in the stunt. Do plenty of rehearsals and make sure your safety gear is in place.
