Amrita Rao - she was so good before but not so much anymore. If she comes back with Shahid that would be another story. Also she tried to change her image into a glam doll but it totally did not suit her at all.

Aishwariya - she shouldn't retire as in some movies she can really act but she needs to pick better movies or like Kajol don't take up many projects.

Sonam - she tries too much and it just doesn't work.

Katrina - she's a bit talented but her looks speaks more than her acting. She should choose better films and improve her hindi as well as she still has room for improvment.
