Salman Khan recently showed his kind side once again when he made the day for two street kids.

Salman who was out for an early morning cycle ride was amazed to notice two street kids looking at him. When he queried about what they wanted, pat came the reply "cycle".

So, Salman immediately called his secretary and ordered him arrange for two brand new cycles for the two street urchins.

This simple act surely made the day for the two surprised kids who couldn't believe that the man who gifted them is after all known for his big heart.

Billa i am not a salman hater, but the anger against salman and the accusations are still justified coz what he did was wrong and no amount of justification or charity is going to justify his acts. Yes you would think that i am a SRK fan and so and so is trying to piss sallu fans off but its not true. What is wrong is wrong, yes if people keep on bringing salman's past in every thread to bash him while not discussing other actor's past.. then i think that is wrong. But in this thread everyone is ON topic and logically what everyone is saying makes sense, so i don't sense any bias in here.

Salman Khan to sponsor 500 cataract ops

World famous Bollywood actor Salman Khan has agreed to sponsor 500 cataract operations for needy Sri Lankan patients using his private funds, a Health Ministry spokesman said.

According to the spokesman, Khan has held discussions with Health Minister Maithripala Sirisena in this regard.

Five medical professionals will arrive within the next few days with medical equipment and lenses to perform these cataract operations.

The 500 needy patients had been selected from the North and Eastern Provinces including IDPs. Khan will also provide lenses to patients who cannot afford them.

There is a large number of needy eye patients in Sri Lanka who had been recommended for cataract surgeries. Mosts are unable to buy required lenses due to financial difficulties.
