TOI: Sonam to follow Aishwarya?

Filmmaker Punit Malhotra who is looking cute with his crew cut (he cut his hair really short after India lifted the World Cup) is being asked by his friends if he will accompany his girlfriend Sonam to Cannes and even consider walking the red carpet with her.

Of course, Punit gets stone deaf when you mention his girl's name so he didn't reply. But his friends continued to tease him on his fashion gyaan (you know courtesy who) and they also were overheard saying that just like Abhishek Bachchan walks the ramp wih his wife Aishwarya (a Cannes regular) Sonam too, may consider introducing Punit to the media spotlight on the red carpet.
