Dharmendra to receive Phalke Ratna award

MUMBAI: Dharmendra will receive this year the prestigious Phalke Ratna award, the highest award presented by the Dadasaheb Phalke Academy for his contribution to Indian cinema for over five decades.

Asha Parekh will also be honoured with the legendary icon actress award.

Among others, Rani Mukerji will be honoured for her 'outstanding performance' as a journalist in Rajkumar Gupta's No One Killed Jessica while Priyanka Chopra will be honoured for her 'memorable performance' in Vishal Bharadwaj's 7 Khoon Maaf.

Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma, who stole the show in Band Baaja Baaraat, will also be awarded for their performance.

Arbaaz Khan will be handed over the debutant producer award for his super hit film Dabangg.

Before SKM came out, I was sure PC would sweep all the awards away but now that it flopped, idk anymore. Ugh :( She better!

i have the same feeling since BO is the most important, so just like WYR, her performance in SKM will go without people noticing her work 😭

Actually I was listening to the album of WYR just today!

Man I LOVEEEE Pyaari Pyaari and Jao Na <3

And of course Su Che <3 that whole album was just amazing! Did you like it Baljit?

yeah Vidya😡! she win every year gosh pc deserve best actress for kaminey as well but they gave her for PAA!

Me too! I usually listen to the album for like a week or more and then delete the ones I never liked that much, but I never ever deleted any from WYR <3 did you MBKD is from the same music director>! I CAN'T WAIT!!
