Dear Mr. Yash Chopra:

My name is ----- and I have been watching Yash Raj films for years. Your cinema has produced numerous classic films and I have enjoyed it. The news of your recent casting of Katrina Kaif makes me wonder how your production house handles these types of things. I understand you like to cast popular heroines and cash in on the success of the latest "hot" thing, but please take into consideration that there are other actresses who deserve the chance to star in a Yash Raj production. I am just asking you to be open-minded and please take into consideration that a lot of people will be upset if Katrina Kaif is cast in a potential Yash Raj film with Shahrukh Khan per the recent media articles. She is not worthy of being in a Yash Raj project. I know that is not my call to make. However, she does not fit the requirements of a Yash Raj heroine or deserve to be considered. A lot of Yash Raj fans want Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, and others to be strongly considered for the film with Shahrukh Khan. Shahrukh Khan deserves a heroine which fans can relate to and enjoy when the film releases in theatres. Please take your fans thoughts into consideration and mine as well. Thank you.

I am sure Mr. Chopra will put aside every other consideration, opinion, advise and follow the diktats of a non-resident, internet forum members (who most likely watch 99% of their movies on Youtube) to crystallize the casting of his film. After all, who can he get better counselling from than an unknown internet savant,critic, connoiseur,film-historian all rolled into one.. his multi-million dollar production team be damned.

Be it in IF or a section of people outside I am sure you will find many who dont like her... But one thing is certain and that is Katrina has a mass appeal and the audience just connects with her...

And Yes like you said SRK deserves a heroine which fans can relate to and enjoy when the film releases in theatres. .. Yep that description fits Katrina to the T... 😉

Well, I can only put in my energies on one thing at a time! Once I accomplish my Katrina task, then I will focus on that Aish part. And Yash Chopra's film supposedly starts in October, time is of the essence! I have to make my voice heard, right?! 😲
