Always wanting to be actor and with creativity in his genes, Aarya started with theatre at the age of 10 for the EKJUTE THEATRE GROUP which has been established and led by his mother for over 30 years. Aarya Babbar made his entry into films at the age of 19 and that is what really went wrong for him but it is the fighting spirit that this versatile actor has that today his career is on an upswing.

He has been nominated at the IIFA awards 2010 for the movie JAIL directed by Madhur Bhndarkar.

The story revolves around a conman played by Akshay Kumar and his adventures or rather misadventures. This film marks Aarya's first hand at comedy and if everythin goes as it is bein said we have a STAR in the making!
