Katrina is beautiful. She comes across a basic nice person. But she and acting don't go hand in hand. Katrina has not made it big by her acting talent ( language doesn't have much to do in that department. As Zainu said , look at the likes of Penelope Cruz - it is the spirit and poignancy of the character the actor needs to express). Katrina has made it big by the back up and the massive clout that Salman Khan gave her. He made her , no matter how much we debate about it.

In Katrina Kaif's life , the biggest luck factor has been Salman Khan because if you were to know where she comes from and who she is , you'd realize that she is living a life that she couldn't have imagined in her wildest dreams if she didn't meet Salman at the right place , the right time.

I am just stating the facts of her apparent fairytale life. A life that luck has given her.
