Yea, Amitabh Bachchan strikes to mind with this. They way he delivers is very firm, stern....unlike half baked ones we are used to now. He modulates his voice even appropriately....it's really well done. Also I liked the way Sanjeev Kumar delivered in films.

In females, Idk really... No one strikes out. Who do you all think?

Seriously speaking i always found Sri devi's dialogue delivery the best. And in male actors it's Aamir and Hrithik for me! I have just watched Sholay and can't judge Sanjeev kumar based on that. He was quite funny in that film😛

shabana azmi has got amazing dialogue delivery....so bloddy elegant...
i also liked rekha's and jaya baduri (bachan)'s dialogue delivery in their 70's movies...

rishi kapoor and neetu singh;s DD was quite adorable too ..even in the recent do dooni chaar...

Oh I forgot the dialogue delivery of Rakhee..She was horrendous. "Mere Ram-Lakhan aaaayenge" with the emphasis all on the wrong places and massacred diction.

Rani without a doubt. People can call me biased, but I sincerely believe that her dialogue delivery is amongst the best in Bollywood. Despite of not having the best voice, she managed to make it work through her strong dialogue delivery. There is a depth in her voice - as though she means every word she utters from her heart - that makes me want to listen to her. Priyanka and Vidya comes next. The worst dialogue delivery, from the established actresses, has to be Aishwariya's. Whether she is playing a queen, or a vixen or a mother - her voice and tone sounds the exact same. No voice modulation.

From the men, it is undoubtedly Amitabh. He has got a firm grip of his voice, and once he starts talking - no matter how boring the dialogue maybe - you will feel like listening to it.
