i think she was over hyped.. her look was ok in dabangg.. as someone said.. she need to loose alots of weight .. she cant dance with all the tummy jumping with her. or the item song farah is gonna make her do

I think she was fine in Dabangg, but didn't really have much screen presence. It all depends on what films/roles she does next and if they get her noticed.

At the moment all she's known for is being Shotgun's daughter/losing weight and having a box-office hit with Salman.

She's a healthy girl, and has beautiful eyes (her performance on Rekha's Umrao Jaan was very good imo), but for seem reason she doesn't have that glam factor, nor does she have anything unique about her personality, and she hasn't even been linked to anyone i think. Her PR is kinda crap compared to Deepika's/Sonam's and even now Anushka - there news stories do get a little old, but all three have got something about them to keep the media, fans and haters after them.

Future in acting maybe but she can't Dance to save her LIFE. As for losing weight is concerned. I don't think I want to see another malnourished actresses like the ones we already have.

Hope she can survive..Keeping in mind she is the only hope for the Sinha family. The Sinha boys have no future.

yeah.. even though im not fond of kat.. but take her an example.. she has the x factor .. that her movies gets hit but not sure abt her..

i really like sonakshi...she has mesmerizing beauty on screen & she's pretty talented...even though we didnt get to see much of her in dabang. I love her offscreen persona & hope she chooses good roles & movies.

Even though her role in Dabangg was so short she got great appreciation for her role, not to mention that the film was a HUGE HIT. I really like Sonakshi, so looking forward to her next films! So far she's signed Race 2, Joker, Kick and Prabu Deva's next..impressive!

Sonakshi is definately one of my potential fave... like SRK said in one of the award shows.. usually men are know for their epic dialogues.. but sonakshi is probably the first actress.. who got noticed for her "thapad se nahi pyaar se dar lagta hai" dialogue... She has this presence about her.. dabangg mein sallu ke saath jab khadi thi.. toh laga yaar koi khada hai.. and her persona is very intense and mature for a girl her age.. definately the signs of someone who would have a damdar personality onscreen.
