No maddy it's not filmfare. It's this random websit called HindiFilmNews. And also the fans voted, which makes sense why kajol is #1. When fans vote they can be baised!

I also think at least one of Kangana's paagal roles should have definitely made the critic's list....she knows what she's doing there😆

I'm trying to think of influential films of the decade....how about Mallika in Murder? She was pretty good there😛😆😆

Urmila shoudl be MUCH higher on that list. Especially from Ek Hasina Thi. Also Vidya in Parineeta was beautiful and Urmila from Pinjar gets my vote for top 3, atleast!
