I know. Its so annoying when media terms an average as a flop. There is a difference between a flop & an average movie.

agree. What annoys me also is that the media picks and chooses which film they want to call a flop. Like I have seen these average films that the media said it was a hit. 😕

well averages and semi hits are so "meh"...its like they weren't appreciated, neither were they grossly criticised...so they are in the middle.... ppl didnt really care abt those muvies...the money was made purely on the basis of opening collections (after which ppl lost interest) or the fact that there weren't any other muvies playing then.....trade analysts dont call something a "HIT" unless it makes a good impact...criticially, commercially or both..."meh" movies might as well be flops...no one really cares about them....

ppl argue Dil bole hadippa was an average, kambakth ishq was a semit hit, anjaana anjaani was an "average"....but who gives a damn abt these muvies??? they made no impact whatsoever.....they are not any different or better, to raavan or kites which are considered flops...

but when u say Kaminey is a hit, or 3 idiots is a hit, or munnabhai is a hit, then therz some meaning to it...these movies made a fantastic impact...so calling them hits is justified....

^ that's a good point I never looked at it like that. I always thought the media only looks at boxoffice.

Hmm... Well in my opinion, terming an average as a flop is not justified either.

LOL😆 This is true but it's funny because it's so frank and blunt.🤣

Exactly, like most people think De Dana Dhan was a flop when it was an average.

They do pick and choose which movies they want to call flop or not. When the media is talking about Akki's movies, they said DDD was a flop but when they are talking Katrina, they say DDD was average hit
And for some reason I think articles are so blinded by deepika calling all her movies basically flop. I remember an article even denying that LAK was a hit when it was a smash hit

Happy for Kat and Kareena 😊
Uff, not such a good year for PC 😭 But hopefully she'll have a very good 2011 with SKM and Don 2. Also, AA was average 😆 But PI was a superflop indeed. And KKK3 started out with great ratings, but the show got so boring after a while.
I also feel Anushka should be appreciated more, she did give 2 hit movies.
But someone I'm really happy for is Ajay. He's always given good films that do well but never seems to be counted into the biggies like SRK, Aamir, Akki and Salman.
