Rishi papaji, please put away the bottle, smell the coffee and try not to destroy yor son's career. You son might be an ass but he is one hell of an actor. Try not to put a full stop to his career by making silly controversies out of a joke that went too far. Had you not jumped into the fray, the press would have killed the story by now and moved on to the next big controversy.

I don't really want to start a new topic but I just read this.A disturbed Rishi continues, "We've done so much for Karan... We have gone twice on his show. We even gave bytes for the show featuring Imran and Ranbir out of pure love for Karan.

In return, what does he do? Provoke guests on his show to get better TRPs? There's no respect for relationships. Neetu and I go on his shows out of love for him. He gets paid for the show while we do it for love and affection. Karan shouldn't do this to us or all the Kapoors will severe ties with him and not work with him."

All I will say to the girls is: in stead of doing all this concentrate on your careers. Why do you run shows that have so much gossip? I have done Koffee With Karan earlier with Neetu, my brothers and sister; there was great camaraderie and laughter on our show. We didn't run anyone down. I don't think you should encourage people to wash dirty linen in public. You will never see Ranbir running anyone down."

When asked if he'd tried to talk to Anil about Sonam's comments, Rishi says, "What can I say to Anil? Everyone is family here and these girls are like my children. I don't want to get into fights involving my son's friends.

^I'm not sure how true all that is but if it is true, then I wanna knock Rishi's head against a wall. What's with the over-protectiveness for your 28 year old son? Apparently, when Deepika talks about Ranbir, it's crass. But somehow it's perfectly alright to announce to the whole world that Deepika is "just one of many girls in Ranbir's life". And if Deepika and Sonam are in the industry because of their fathers, then Ranbir totally beats them in that department. He's in this industry because of his great-grandfather! This guy really makes my blood boil with his arrogance. If Ranbir doesn't seem to have a problem with it, what are Mom and Dad getting so hyped about?

can someone tell me wht exactly happened between Karan and Rishi. Karans always sucking up to the 'seniors' so i find it hard to believe that he's invloved in a 'feud'

Nothing per say happened between Rishi and Karan. Deepika and Sonam was on Koffe with Karan and they spilled some beans on Ranbir...If you have seen the episode you will understand.

^^^Actually..RANBIR has not given any ultimatum.He has no problem.Its RISHI who's given the ultimatum.Somebody please take him to the asylum! Ranbir's grown up.When will his FATHER do the same???WHY the Hell is he trying to ruin MY HUBBY'S life???Leave him ALONE,Rishi!

Ranbir has actually been behaving most sensibly by keeping quiet!

I wonder why he isn't talking to his Father and just begging him to keep quiet and go back to having Tandoori Chicken and Scotch Whisky!
