Udaan was one full packet. With unique story and good acting. They deserve more.

I agree with Poppy, its a fact that regional movies win way more national awards than bollywood, so I don't know why aren't that many regional movies selected to be sent to oscars. Lets face it bollywood has turned into a NRI based annoying rom com producing factory, yes good films are made, but great movies are being made in other regional industries and they should be considered. And yes there is far bigger chance of winning if all the great work being done in Marathi, bengali, gujrati, Tollywood, Kolywood and many many more industries is considered.
