"i" did not say she was being fake... nor did i say there was something "wrong" in it... if you go back and read my comment, all i said was that the fact that she apologized now, makes it more like an apology of convenience... meaning, she doesn't really mean it, but has to... do you get my point...?

and just this morning, when people were saying, how the other celebs, who may not retaliate are mostly just being "fake", then my question is, why isn't sonam now considered to be a fake too... double standards...?? 😛😛

i would never bark at the barking dogs, so there would not really be any need for me to apologize for any such thing... sonam got her hands dirty herself... just because someone is rude to us, doesn't mean we start name-calling them, does it...?? 😛😛

she'll learn with time... everyone does... and those who don't, time is the best teacher...! 😛

She did apologize today so doesnt matter now. It's not necessary that you HAVE to make an apology then and there.

I just hope Shobha De doesnt come up with any of her outlandish behavior now. I'm over this already. Please Ms. De dont drag this. You are interesting but not all that interesting either.

no, it doesn't really matter in the first place... i did not imply that she had to apologize then and there... but certain number of days have passed... in any case..

as in the case of most celebs, everyone will forget this in time... 😛😛

anyway my point is Sonam apologized n "some"(note i said some..many more sensible members r here)of the people who were telling she should grow up n all that r now calling her 'fake'!

come on..she sure isn't in love with Shaba de nor is she in agreement with wt Ms de said..Sonam is only telling Shobha de had the right to critisize the movie..and that she is sorry for wt 'she' as in "Sonam" retweeted!
so where does that one make her "fake"?
cz had she not apologized n let it go/or worse retaliated the same people should have gone on abt having "manners" n "respect for elders"..
so wt if it had taken her 4 days*rolling eyes..isn't it like an eon?* ..duh..she wanted to put a stop to this mud slinging match..so wt is wrong with that?cut the girl some slack!

It is nice to see Sonam has apologised. It was Punit who had written the comment and Sonam has recieved all the flak.

I think when Sonam's upbringing was challenged, thats an insult to Anil and Sunita Kapoor, by apologising, she has shown Ms. De that her upbringing has been good.

To me the sorry sounds like the "sweep it under the bed" kinda thing.

If Sonam was sorry or if she had any sensibility about woman she wold in first place not RT the tweet.

Shobha is a critic and a journalist. Her job is to critic actors and sometiems she cross the lines but actors are in open to be judged. If you are so touchy about your acting then don't act. Simple.

From what I have seen of Sonam from the articles and her interviews she to me looks like a spoilt brat. She thinks very highly of herself which is good but not for long run. You need to let other people think you are a better person.

Shobha used a word "Spanking" for Sonam but then didn't Sonam use "60 plus po*n writer" for her. Shobha has achieved a lot in her life and Sonam has still to do something. Gucci bags don't get you class.

So I guess they bpth need to layoff. But I am not Sonam happy bandwagon yet as she said sorry to save herself from the trouble.
