This is actually a fan art creation by a girl named Waffaa and this news site copied it, removed her watermark. Aishwarya's picture is from Guru and Hrithik's is from a photoshoot by Daboo Ratnani.

Sad when news sites have to resort to reporting fake news and ripping people off!
