| The Kapoors are soon going to be shifting. The exact location hasn't been decided yet but it will be in Bandra, either a duplex apartment they own or a bungalow they will rent. Ranbir Kapoor confirms that his home, the iconic Krishna Raj bungalow that has been a landmark in the tony Pali Hill neighbourhood for decades, will be razed as soon as in a month or two and in its place will come up a 14-storey structure that will house his parents on the lower three floor and him on the uppermost three. "It won't look like a tall building at all," he says, "the structure will still look like a bungalow. The aesthetics have been taken care of." One expected no less from Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, who have, perhaps, one of the best designed and kept homes in Bollywood. The Kapoor home will also include a 160-seater theatre and perhaps a swimming pool. Other floors could have offices or edit suites. Aren't three floors too much for a single man? "By the time it comes up, which will be at least a couple of years, I hope to be a married man," Ranbir says matter-of-factly, "I want to have a family, I want to have children, and I don't want to be a bachelor. I want to have a child by the time I am 32. I want to be 50 when he or she is 20. I aspire to have a life like that. I'm not looking for love but I would love for it to happen."
