Aamir, Kiran to organise relief fund for dhobis?

Actor-filmmaker Aamir Khan is leaving no stone unturned as far as the marketing of his wife Kiran Rao's directorial debut, Dhobi Ghaat is concerned. For starters, while Kiran mentions that Aamir has just a special appearance in the film, there's talk that he, in fact, has a full fledged role!

Never mind that, news now has it that Aamir and Kiran have already started planning their marketing strategy for Dhobi Ghaat. If talks are to be believed, Aamir and Kiran are going to take up the cause of dhobis and may even start a relief fund for them. However, Aamir's spokesperson remained tightlipped about it all and said, "Nothing has been planned or discussed so far. There's still time before promotion of the movie begins."

A friend of Aamir's informs us, "It is like Aamir to contribute to a social cause. I'm sure he wouldn't just do this for his movie. It's a win win situation, and Aamir is like that. He loves to give to society in whatever form it may be! I don't know if he's starting a relief fund for the laundrymen or the dhobis, but I don't put it past him."
