Deepika ignores criticism

Deepika Padukone received both acclaim and criticism from fashion critics for appearing in short blouse and sari on the red carpet of Cannes, but the actress prefers to ignore criticism.

She said, "There are some people who will always find faults, had I been wearing a gown, they would have said I should've worn a sari. Everyone told me I looked good in sari. If some people have issues, I choose to ignore them."

We do agree with you girl that you looked good on the red carpet but one thing is still not answered what was the need to repeat the jewelries that you had already worn in one of the award functions.

i deffo agree with her :) there will always be people saying bad things... everyone have different taste n choices :) If she liked her saree n was comfortable then i think it is good to ignore :)

Film stars have the right to repeat stuff if they want to, there is no rule in the book that they should not repeat jewelery or anything like that! 😆

Exactly. It shouldn't bother these critics, even though I'm not a Deepika fan I'm so glad she doesn't bother with the criticism, she looked really nice with the sari

what is this..is repeating jewels an issue?? will it make them less rich..

which people they are talking abt?? its all the nonsenical media..to make up such things..

Deepika looked great in Cannes! I loved her look and the sari was gorg. Its not like deepika had all the resources in the world to dress there.. and who was supposed to pay the bills for her accessories.. its easier for journos to sit there and type stuff.. but if they are so keen on her repeating jewellery then could have give deepika all the resources.. then I am sure that she wouldn't have disappointed them.. I personally think she managed well with whatever that was given to her.. represented the sari well.. looked gorg.. what more do people want??

Great job girl. How can an actress survive in bollywood if she doesn't ignore criticism. Thatz the way to do it deepika. Ignore the criticism and appreciate the love
