| Shahid Kapoor has finalised his different looks for his father Pankaj Kapur's directorial debut Mausam. The film will have Shahid in four completely different looks representing the four seasons of the year. A source said, "Mausam, as the title suggests, is a romance spread over the four seasons - summer, winter, spring and autumn. Pankaj has finalised Shahid's four looks. The bearded look, which Shahid currently sports, is actually the last, winter look for the film." The reason why Shahid sports a beard now even though it is needed in the last section of the story is because the exacting director needs one shot of Shahid with a beard in Scotland in a particular light which he won't get later this year. Shahid returns from Scotland and starts shooting the first section of the story, which requires him to be an air force officer. And naturally, off goes the beard.
Shahid's looks in Mausam have been decided by his father after he explored various possibilities. The exact look for each of the four seasons would be kept a secret. According to sources, Shahid's character's physical appearance will go from the abundant joy of spring to the melancholy heartbreak of winter, all in the course of his love for Sonam. "All I can say is, it is the most intensely romantic film I've ever done, or am likely to do," added Shahid. |
