@Bold: People know well that YRF is the best production house in India when it comes to films and they r annoyed that they always take SRK, I think SRK is the only actor who lived up to their expections and much more..........

DDLJ : 1995

10 years ...: a new generation.....

MHN : 2004

OSO : 2008......

I guess between 1995 and 2005 --- young people became young adults and new births renewed some of his audience..nah?

MHN & OSO made SRK look cooler and more closed to youngsters.....

KKHH also did that...

Read the comments on youtube (Dard e disco vid)...all comments are sexual from girls who are 14 or 15 and who say that they don't understand why they drool over a daddy in his 40's when their dads are the same age.......But they do because they find him sexy and attractive in the sequence...

Sorry I didn't grow up watching SRK's movies...i was already 20 when I came to know his existence....it's lately that I became interested in him and MOSTLY for his itws and attitude...not for his movies...

And like a SRK's fan said on KWK about SRK&Farah combination : "It doesn't matter if the movie is good or not --- as long as SRK's in it - that IS IT..."

And I believe you, and as a non-NRI, non Indian from America the tastes of our respective corners of the world are probably different in some things, most of the people I've talked to (it's hardly something I'm going to make a scientific study of) were drawn to an appreciation of SRK through OSO and MHN. Once Farah had made them fall in love with him they moved on to K3G, KHNH and the others.

Yea I would also agree with the school of thought that Farah didn't so called "use" Srk! She gave Srk two solid blockbusters, which believe it or not were very much needed by Srk at that point in time, which is something that even Srk's bff Kjo failed to give if we talk about Kjo's last two with SRK. And Farah had a career before she worked with Srk, she was never a drag along BFF for Srk who he could sip a drink with and get photographed with in random IPL parties.

SRK's production house was not a great place and MHN and OSO helped the production house make loads of money.

So basically they both needed each other....
Farah was not a partner of Red Chillies.. so she might have wanted to work for her own production house and reap in the profits.

Whats wrong with that? Lets get it simple and right in Bollywood the relationships are mutually beneficial. So lets not jump into conclusions.

I think its a good thing, SRK needs to work with new directors who present him in a different way. So its good for SRK and his fans too!

I can see this place is becoming a Farah hate place wow some people before was saying so many good things about her but now suddenly their opinions have changed amazing...

and please get your FACTS right.. SRK was not approached for TMK BUT HAPPY NEW YEAR he was going to do HNY with Farah but things didnt work out because srk had date problems... and Farah did start working on another film TMK and cast it Akshay in it then media did make a big story out of it that since all other Farah movies was starring SRK and now this isnt they did say all those things...

and people saying Farah didnt support KJO? ok now please tell me when was the last time KJO did support someone else expext srk and his other close friends....

um, farah and KJO ARE friends so wouldnt it make sense for her to speak up for him? KJO was in fact talking about HIS FRIENDS who DIDNT speak up for him.

ofcourse at the end of the day its her personal choice on what kind of a stance she wants to take on the issue and KJO shouldve been understanding.

Kjo and Srk has always been greatful to Farah. They know how talented Farah is. Srk and Farah combination has always worked, be it in Choreograpy or farah directing. I remember when farah won best choreography for Kaho na Pyar hai - ek pal ka jeena, in her speech she thanked Srk khan. I believe it was for filmfare. And when Main hoon na became huge success, Srk gifted a car to Farah. Srk still respects her. In living with superstar he was mentioning top director of India which he has worked it, from Yash chopra, Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, and he mentioned Farah.

I am not sure when Chalte chalte release before or after MHN but it did pretty good business. No one is saying farah is not talented, she is and her upcoming project TMK rights are sold for 55 crores and i am sure her movie will get a huge opening and will become Blockbuster because she knows what today's audience wants to see. It really doesn't matter to me if Farah does a movie with Srk or without Srk but if you're ignoring your friends because he didn't like your script is quiet stupid.

I am not sure how many people know about Happy new Year. But it had Deepika, Juhi and Srk..it was about extra marital affair and after the result of Kank, one of them decided to drop the idea, even though movie was 70% complete. The news died down which i was happy about. But from now on we see some other choreography in Kjo and Srk movies, hopefully.

Yes..that's why I'm happy SRK isn't working with her anytime soon. Sure her movies are fun, but they do nothing substantial for SRK. Atleast KJo's MNIK did that. YRF's CDI did that. They gave him scope to actually act.

I want SRK to work with others. I want him to give KJo, YRF and FK a rest. He needs to branch out, and as a fan..I'm allowed to hope and wish that. He needs to try new things.

Wel..not my fault that KJo tweeted about it being upset. I was just pointing out that it COULD be Farah. And if it is, he's allowed to feel that way. Him and Farah have always been super close.
