OK, got this from Farhans Twitter Bio:--

The story of a lovable loser Karthik whose life changes with the help of someone who also claims to be Karthik.

The "whose life changes with the HELP of someone else" catches my attention.

Could it mean something like, Shonali who loves the real Karthik makes up this other Karthik in order to make him happier cuz he is depressed and lonenly maybe bcoz of his boss Ram Kapoor who did something {{or could be something else too}} and she wants him to be better and happier so this other Karthik?? Makes sense??
