Picture Topic Suggestions! PLEASE SEE

swati di i appreciate the effort u r putting in making this section better but abut the picture sticky topic i didn't like the idea because

first of all it's very hard to keep track of everything in that topic . u have to see even the pics and events u don't really care for in order to find the event u r looking for. and for designers it's very hard to find specific event pic after like few hours

secondly it makes page very very image heavy and it's total pain for users with slow net connection to wait

third it's confusion u can't really comment or discuss an event or celeb as in separate topics because u don't know what others r talking about

oh an ur idea #2 is ok but again very confusing as we have to go to a new section for the pics and it's just not the same like we do now

and lastly what'll will we do in the forum then if we r posting the pics in the topic?

these r just my few cents hope it goes the old way because that's easier and better in my opinion

I don't see what the problem is with what we had before (the third idea). Different events, different topics - whoever is interested will open the particular topic. Bollywood has lots of things going on everyday, so this forum is bound to have many topics. I don't think it's getting cluttered at all. If all topics are going to be merged in one, there's no point in having a forum.

And I agree with fary. Until an actual movie releases, we're just discussing articles and pictures. What's there going to be left to discuss if everything's grouped into one topic?

exactly if it's one topic then it can be anywhere there's no need of separate forum. i really liek the 3rd option the best and if the problem is to control spammers and repeated topics then i would suggest increase the dev team add few peopel just to lock topics that r repeated but the 3rd one is the best

I liked it just the way it was, different events different topics. Sometiems you might have three events coming at teh same time. A member takes quite a while searching for pics nad posting em, and it would be shame if two mroe members post in teh same topic and the topic shifts and page and some might not even see it.

I think as long as pictures for ONE topic stay in a single topic, we are fine with them in this topic.

The "who looks gorgeous in a black sari" type need to be stopped, I personally feel. I've seen other people complain about these topics too.

Sometimes we have 3 topics for 1 event because different people attended; it would be nice if they could all be kept in 1 thread.

How about creating two stickies one for Shahid and all his speculated girlfriends (that should cover half of the bollywood) and the other sticky for SAFEENA... So all their pics and events stuff gets posted in stickies.. and For the rest of underrated stars like Srk.. fans can post their pics in the main forum.. cauz there arent many people who post the pics of these stars anywayz.
