Bollywood is beginning to take seriously after Dhoom, Kaal and especially Viruddh. Bipasha's boyfriend is big on brand endorsements reportedly at Rs 1 crore a deal, his recent catches have been Yamaha bikes, Wrangler Jeans, Fastrack eyewear, Samsung cell phones. However, his principles aren't compromised for pure commerce. He never has, nor will, endorse a liquor or tobacco brand. The Parsi side of him (his mother's one) surfaces in his simplicity, while his fathers Keralite Catholicism gives him his name. A fairy solemn legacy for a rocking sex symbol, but, then, he reinterprets all his ironies admirably. And yes, to the dismay of the country's ladies, he is the sultry Bipasha Basu's arm candy. |
